We have eaten frequently at Blue Ginger. Why? Because the food is excellent with fresh good quality products which are served by a really great team of staff who really care about their local customers. Nothing is to much trouble. If they do make an occasional mistake (like us all) they quickly put it right and ensure you are happy with the outcomes. What more can you ask for. Just go and enjoy, You will want to go back.

Blue Ginger is the best Indian food I have EVER tasted and will be the ONLY place in Bedford I shall go to for Indian food in future. Thank you for a lovely evening - highly recommended.

A calming atmosphere settles over you as you walk past the dripping water feature near the doorway, and is continued by the minimalist decor with some stunning prints on the wall from a local artist (which are, by the way, all for sale if you ask). The waiters and manager are friendly, it's the kind of place where your order and personal details are remembered if you go there again, for instance if 4 of you go one time, and only 2 the next they'll inquire after the others. Personalised service. The food comes fairly quickly and is always well prepared, cooked and presented. I would personally recommend the chicken momo for starter (the tastiest food I've ever eaten!), and the shahi moghul chicken for main course, which is mild like korma but has a more full and fruity taste due to the mango in the dish. Overall 10/10 and definitely worth the hour's journey I have to make to go there every time!

An absolute perfect place to experience Indian food at it's best! The food and the service is always superb! We have been going for 2½ years and never had cause to complain and I can be quite fussy on my Indian cuisine! Whether you are out with friends or a romantic meal for two, Blue Ginger is the place to go. We will be back soon.
